This community resource centre at 3a Vine Terrace is a centre providing a variety of information and accomodates the following services:

- Ashfield Volunteering (former Volunteer Bureau).
- Homestart.
- A County Council local development worker.
- A Branch Office of Framework, providing help and support for those who are homeless or have addiction problems.
- The Office of the Registrar of Births, Marriages and Deaths.

The building provides meeting facilities, IT training facilities, creche and access to training courses and job information.

The Green Room cafe is open daily, Monday to Friday, and provides a range of drinks, snacks and meals.
