Local churches collect non-perishable food products to be distributed by volunteers on a weekly basis to around twenty-four families in the area who need support.

Families are referred from various organisations and support can last for different lengths of time depending on individual needs. Confidentiality is considered extremely important in this project, and family identification is on a need-to-know basis only.

Additionally food is made available to Framework for those sleeping on the streets, and Interchange for needy young people in this area.

'Book Talk' Christian bookshop is the collection point for all food donations.
