HOPE ON THE MARKET

Churches Together have booked stalls on Hucknall Market Place in September (25th & 26th), October (30th & 31st), and November (27th & 28th). The aim is to have the opportunity to share the Christian message in words, whilst giving away a small gift (action) to members of the local community during the times of harvest, halloween and Christmas.

THE POPPIES

Come along to the cafe on Titchfield Park in the pavilion. This is run by the Christian Centre and will be open every day for 6 weeks commencing Saturday 19th July (10am till 4pm). It will be serving hot and cold food, drinks and ice cream - to eat in or take away. From 5th September the cafe will open Friday and Saturday (10am till 4pm).

'FUSION' YOUTH EVENTS ..... all about connecting:

- Provide an opportunity for young Christians to connect with God in a place that for them, not us, is culturally relevant.
- Create a place where young Christians could connect with their non-Christian friends and those from other churches
- Through God's grace and blessing create a place where young people can connect with Jesus for the first time and begin a life-long relationship with Him.

A typical evening includes music and worship, multimedia presentations to introduce the theme, a guest speaker and ending with hot chocolate with marshmallows and chocolate-chip cookies - time to chat and chill together!

7:30pm till 9:00pm in the 'MiniZone' @ Watnall Road Baptist Church. The events are for youth aged between 11-16. See www.fusionhucknall.co.uk for more info.
