The events outlined below are the main activities Churches Together have taken / will be taking part in. Dates and times for CTHLP general meetings are also given, along with details of any special events taking place at individual churches. Please contact us for more information on any of the events shown.

2010 CTHLP Meetings:
- 12th January, 7:00pm at Central Methodist --> AGM.
- 16th February, 7:30pm at Seymour Road Baptist--> General meeting.
- 15th June, 7:30pm at Holy Cross --> General meeting.
- 19th October, 7:30pm at United Reform --> General meeting.

The 'Edgewood Pond Project' follows on from Hope08 where Churches Together were involved in numerous community based projects. Work was similar to what was carried out at Holgate School in 2008 - i.e. clearing overgrown areas, creating pathways, and building a bridge / observation deck. This enables the school to use the area as an outdoor classroom.

Although it was a CTHLP organised project, it was very community based with churches, school staff / parents, local residents, and Ashfield District Council all getting involved.

In 2008 CTHLP took part in a national event called Hope08. This is a powerful initiative that, via engagement with the community, expresses the good news of the Gospel in a way that reaches the whole person – body, soul and spirit.
